Water tours
You can tour the Colorado River and the surrounding lakes on many different forms of transportation. Kayaks can be rented with both guided and unguided excursions on the river as well as the lakes in the area. Desert River Kayaks are open 7 days a week and located at 1034 Highway 95 in Bullhead City or by calling 888-kayak33. Jerkwater Canoe & Kayak also offers guided tours of the Topock Gorge area and Lake Havasu. Fishing trips are also available. They can be reached at 800-421-7803. Adventure West Tours also hosts rafting trips from Hoover Dam to Willow Beach and can be reached at 702-420-3211. If you want a little more personal touch you can contact Capt’n Doyle’s River Excursions. Boarding at the Topock marina in a six passenger cruiser boat, you can take a tour of Lake Havasu or a guided fishing trip. For information contact 866-284-3262.
If you’re looking for a quick and exciting ride from the casinos in Laughlin, you might try booking a tour on one of two jet boats that will get you to the London Bridge in Lake Havasu in a hurry. River Jetz Tours board at the Golden Nugget and the Aquarius at 10:00A.M., seven days a week. They can be reached at 800-327-2386. The London Bridge Jet Boat boards at the Pioneer, Edgewater and Harrah’s at 9:30 A.M. and takes you on a six hour trip to the London Bridge in Lake Havasu with a two hour layover at the English Village where you can dine or shop. Several of the casinos also have their own boats that you can take for a slower paced, scenic view of the Colorado River. The Riverside casino has a 65 foot long, 119 passenger boat with enclosed, climate controlled seating down below and open air seating on the upper deck. It leaves every couple of hours from the Riverside dock and goes up the river to Davis Dam and back down the river to Harrah’s casino, arriving once again at the Riverside dock. This vessel has both, enclosed, and open air seating complete with food and beverage service where one can take a romantic dinner cruise up to the face of Davis Dam and back down through casino row. The Fiesta Queen is also a 149 seat mock paddle wheeler that is docked at the Edgewater Hotel and Casino. One can enjoy the food and beverage service in both an enclosed or open atmosphere. They will take you on a narrated tour up to the Laughlin Bridge and then back down to Harrah’s before turning around and docking at the Edgewater. Personal watercraft can be rented in the summer at almost every casino on the river. Just ask a casino host and they will give you the information on where to go. Also water taxis provide service from casino to casino, so if you don’t feel like walking, just go down to the river and they will pick you up and take you to another casino for a small fee.

Land Tours
Riverjetz Tours
Several companies provide guided and self guided land tours of the area. Tours of Grand Canyon West and the new Skywalk are available from Riverjetz tours. These tours also cover the Hualapai Ranch Indian Village and area petro glyphs as well as the gold mining town of Oatman. Endless Summer Adventure Tours
Endless Summer Adventure Tours provide day tours to the Keepers of the Wild animal sanctuary as well as Hoover dam, Oatman, Grand Canyon West, and the Skywalk. They provide door to door shuttle service and can be contacted at 928-754-3777.
Rent A Jeep

Horse Back Riding
Horseback riding is also available for those who want to get back to nature. The Oatman Stables provide horseback rides, cattle drives, wagon rides, and chuck wagon dinner rides. They are open all year and located in Oatman right at the south end of town. Willow Springs Ranch also offers guided tours on horseback between Kingman and the Black Mountains of Arizona.
